Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Ohla Patisserie. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and payment
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The total, including any delivery fee, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is made in full at checkout through Billplz (FPX online banking, e-wallet or card).
- Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. An unpaid order is cancelled automatically.
Lead time and order cutoff
- Every cake needs at least 1 day to prepare.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Malaysia time) can be collected or delivered from the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM are available from the day after.
- A few items with a shorter preparation time can be ordered until 3:00 PM for the next day, but only when every item in the cart qualifies.
- You choose the date and a time session at checkout. Only dates we can fulfil are offered.
Pickup
Collect your order from10, Jalan 19/31, Seksyen 19, 46300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor during the time session you chose. Please bring your order number.
Delivery
We deliver within Selangor and the Klang Valley. The fee is based on the road distance from our shop to the delivery address and is shown at checkout.

- Door-to-door delivery costs RM 5 more. The cake is handed directly to the recipient.
- Standard delivery may be left with the guardhouse or building lobby if nobody answers.
- Free delivery: orders over RM 150 within 10 km pay no distance fee. The RM 5 door-to-door charge still applies if you choose door-to-door.
- Please give a correct address, map pin and recipient phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or an unreachable recipient.
- Delivery times within your chosen session are estimates and can be affected by traffic and weather.
Our cakes
- We do not take custom design requests. Cakes are made as shown on the website.
- Every cake is handmade, so small differences in colour, decoration and size from the photos are normal.
- A celebration message card and a candle and knife set can be added on the product page.
Storage
Our cakes use fresh dairy cream. Refrigerate your cake as soon as you receive it and do not leave it at room temperature for more than 1 hour. We are not responsible for a cake’s condition after handover if it is not stored this way.
Allergens and dietary information
- Each product page lists the allergens we know the cake contains (dairy, egg, gluten, nuts, soy).
- We are not halal-certified. Our ingredients come from halal-approved suppliers.
- If you have an allergy, contact us before ordering.
Changes, cancellations and refunds

Liability
We are not liable for losses beyond the amount you paid for the order, except where Malaysian law says otherwise. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them; the version on the website when you order applies to that order. Questions:
